Cancellation Policy
• If the cancellation of the reservation is :
- 28 days before the date of arrival of the customer-guest there will be 50% refund of the deposit (possible expenses are charged to the customer)
- 27 days or less before the date of arrival of the customer-guest there will be no refund of the deposit
• If the guest does not show up all the deposit is kept
• If the reservation has been made through a booking agency their cancellation policy will be valid
• In case there is an early departure before the agreed date there will be no refund of the total worth of the stay
Guarantee Policy
• All bookings to be secured by 30% deposit at the time of booking.
• All accounts to be cleared with guest’s arrival.
• Check in is anytime after 14:30 .
• Check Out: Until 11:00 (Check-in and check-out can be made at any time of the day of arrival or departure if the villa is available, free of charge,but only after communicating with us)
Special Terms
Pets are not allowed. Please note that the property does not allow parties or events. Any damage or loss of objects that has been done in the villa should be paid before guest departure. In winter the pool is not working. In winter, the house is heated with air-condition.

Villa Sirocos is 7 miles from the beautiful city of Chania. Its ideally located so that it can serve as your base to discover the beauties of the greater region of Crete. Its 1 mile from Agia Marina and Platania, which is famous for its cosmopolitan life, for its numerous restaurants, its night entertainment and its organized beaches.
Its near super market, ATM (Bank), restaurants and shops.
At a distance of 80 meters there is a bus stop with regular bus schedules that can take you to Chania, to the famous beaches of Elafonisi, Falasarna and Balos. In the summer months there are also nightly bus schedules towards Chania and Platania.
Its the ideal location for excursions by car, since the bridge of Galata takes you to the National Road.
